Welcome to the 2nd Annual Workshop & Hackathon organized by the Institute of Genetic Epidemiology, Medical University of Innsbruck. The goal of the workshop is bringing together researchers and experts in the area of Genomics to explore the latest advances in Nextflow workflows.
The aim of this workshop is to facilitate communication between researchers working on genomic data analysis using Nextflow, especially in the area of Austria, Italy and Germany. We believe that the combination of workshop and hackathon will create an atmosphere that can improve existing projects and result in new project collaborations.
