About the Speaker
David Ouyang is a cardiologist and research scientist at Kaiser Permanente Northern California and Assistant Professor of Cardiology at Cedars-Sinai. His lab builds and deploys AI for cardiovascular care, leveraging large-scale clinical and imaging data to improve quality and outcomes. He led the first blinded randomized trial of AI in cardiology and has published in Nature, Nature Medicine, NEJM AI, JAMA Cardiology, Circulation, and JACC. His work is funded by the NIH and American Heart Association and has informed FDA-cleared clinical AI tools.
